 Do I need to send anything else with my files?

• If you are sending .pdf files, nothing additional is required.
• If you are sending files with linked files (graphics, photographs, etc.), please include them along with your fonts.

 Can you enlarge my files to print the size I want?

• Yes. However, for best results, your project should be created at the desired finish size. Files can be enlarged the same percentage in each direction. For example, a photo that is 8 x 10" can be enlarged proportionally to 16 x 20" (2 x 8=16," 2 x 10=20"). However, it could not be scaled to 18 x 24."

 What resolution is required for photos?

• Photos should be at least 300 dpi and no large than 600 dpi. Photos that are less than 300 dpi may not print clearly, unless they are smaller such as those used in some brochures.

 Will my printed piece match the color I see on my monitor?

• It will be an almost perfect match. However, there are many variables including differences in monitor calibration and printing technologies. Monitors, scanners, televisions and digital cameras use RGB (red, green, blue) colors. The printing industry uses CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) colors. This can cause minor differences in the colors you see on your monitor and a printed piece.

 My company uses specific PMS colors. Can you match them?

• We strive to make our customers happy. Precise color matching is possible, however, there is a minimum $40 charge. This charge includes a printed proof for your approval.

 Will I get to see a proof before you print my piece?

• We will be happy to send you a .pdf proof of your job at no charge. For a print proof, a fee of $5 (letter size) to $10 (large format - 8 x 11" proof) will be charged, depending on the job.
